  • where can i try before i buy cues in the uk

Hi , i had my cue stolen last year and had a new one made by a [ top cue maker ] to roughly the same spec , 3/4 ,18.5 weight , 10 mm ,58 length , 29.5 . but i simply cannot get on with it , my last cue i made a fifty first visit .

Is there a shop or dealership within the uk [ preferably the north where i can try the cues out on the premisis before i buy , as it is starting to get expensive . replys would be appreciated . There will be a cue of mine for sale in a couple of weeks . im holding on as i am still somehow left in two local tounaments .

ADR147 has a table in the games room to let you try before you buy, i've seen a photo of his son potting some balls on the table.......

Snooker tables? Hotel? Maybe it could be The TSF Big Scottish Weekend Out in addition to the The TSF Big Day Out?

Good answer, as both have good stocks in on a regular basis and both have a table to try out on.
