    No, a snooker cue will not float, not at an avg. weight of about 17oz!

    Nope, no experience with the heinous crime of "cue drowning", but I have put metal into water before and noted the results.

      how dense do you think wood is rob?

      I'm pretty sure that nearly any normal cue would sink

        Boats float so do planks from broken boats... And ebony cargo goxes in pirate games float oil also floats, and the wood in a cue has been filled with oil adding more bouyancy. I agree they are quite heavy for there volume, but they still could float... don't make me go put my mini butt in the sink!!!!

          yes planks can float, but there is very little surface area on a cue.

            Sooo many things I could say, but I don't have the time, I've got to get everything set up for the rugby!! It's going to be a great game!!
