Seriously, as it's a machine-spliced cue, then I don't think you could get it repaired as it was before, but perhaps it could be transformed into a 3/4 cue by a cuemaker? You'd have to really love that shaft, though. Worth the try??Il n'y a pas de problemes; il n'y a que des solutions qu'on n'a pas encore trouvées.

cue glue
Thanks for your suggestions guys,I think I will be using Son of cliffs glue for the repair. The photo doesn't show some of the other damage nearer the ferrule so even the ash bit has had it.I am disappointed though as despite it being a humble machine job,it was used very successfully for many years by my dad and it played really well.

If you really like the cue, take photos of all the damage and send them to a cuemaker and ask for a quote to repair it, you never know ...
Have a look at Robin Cues' website, in the repairs section. There's a cue which was pretty spectacularily smashed in there and when you see the 'after' photo, you'll see that many things are possible.Il n'y a pas de problemes; il n'y a que des solutions qu'on n'a pas encore trouvées.
