  • Weight of cue.

Here is another question by me haha.

Basically as you all probably know im getting a new cue but im still stumped on what the weight should be. i dont want a cue that is generally heavy i like light cues.

what is the weight range for a 'light' cue as i can get the cue to be reduced from 18oz to 17oz if it will make the cue light enough for me.

so i just need to know what would be classed as a light cue.

    thank you.

i would say any thing below 17 oz would be considered light and anything above 19oz would be considered heavy ????
end of the day you have to find what is right for you!! so try out a few cues with different specs then find out what feels best

I think that it would be best to stick to what you know, but if you think an 18 Oz cue will suit you, try it out. :snooker::snooker::snooker:

Comments from people who I do respect, indicate that weight is important, but they suggest that the balance of the cue is as, or more important, than the weight of the cue.
