about ordering from mastercraft cues

I need the forum's help concerning ordering from mastercraft. You that have experience ordering can perhaps tell me how it was.

The thing is, that I made contact with the company, but the correspondence is really slow. Maybe this is normal, or perhaps they are really busy. I took a week to get an e-mail answer.

I placed an order after that, but this haven't been confirmed, and this was nearly two weeks ago.

Can someone with a little more insight than me tell me if this is normal. Or perhaps I just have to be more patient...

I placed an order there two weeks ago. Dave always replied within a couple of days. Maybe you should ask him what's up? He might have lost your email or then he's just very busy with my cue

Which model did you order? Or is it a custom model?

I ordered the conquest mostly because I like the clean look. However, I wanted the cue to be longer and heavier than standard.

It does have a nice clean look to it. I ordered the "dictator". Could have gone with the conquest just as well.

Hi, I haven't recieved my cue yet, but when comes, I will surely tell you. Either in 1 or 3 weeks. Dave from mastercraft was great, the correspondence was brilliant. cheers

ya i did that and they told me that i need to make the transfer inorder to confirm the order....and regarding the price do they provide any concessions

most retailers will take payment or at least a deposit first. - i can supply mastercraft cues!
