I have only good things to say about Mastercraft.

          - The quality of the cues are fine, construction and finishing

          - The price is honest, its hard to judge, but some makers asks for a giant amount of money that dont looks reasonable.

          - "Made to Measure" is ok, not exact specs you specify, tip diameter and lenght perfect, but on weight some different from specified.

          - Joints looks "rock solid"

          - The contact with Dave (the master cuemaker) if fine, he is helpfull, but he looks always busy, emails takes some days to got reply.

          - Cue making time is ok, takes 1 to 1.5 months on standard range cues.

          - They not overprice the deliver costs, thats important for international buyers.

          - Shipping package was very good, on solid aluminium tube, the cue will never be damaged with that.

I can recommend mastercraft for anyone that want a a good cue, with a honest price.

          p.s.: sorry for my english
