Cue Length

Hi

I'm a beginner and I want to buy a cue.
Usually most of the cues I play with are too long (my gripping hand always holds the cue by almost-the middle of the cue - Does that have to do with my height?)

What else should I know?

whats your size?

im 175cm and i go for a 57" (145cm) which is fairly arround the standard cue size. maybe you currently play with a 58" (147cm)?

if ur not much under 170cm i wouldnt recommend a smaller one, as long as you realy want it. maybe your technique doenst appear to be "good", you could also try bridging a bit farer away from the white ball. i guess that could change the way you holding your cue nearer the butt.
