this thread is purely a question of what size cue you prefer. no more no less.

so, to complete your market research input:

    6) your preferred weight is?
    7) your preferred butt diameter is?
    19.5 oz
    30mm
    8) made by robin the master cue maker cook.

just 50 odd responses from the world's biggest online snooker community?

disappointing. i thought there'd be a lot more....

come on guys, there must be loads more members who haven't shared their preferences...
LOL i think the response has been pretty good really Mike to be fair.....

i just think many players probably wouldn't know what they would order or what there ideal spec is, there are a few of us who spend a fortune, try different things & know what we like and can pretty much tell a spec soon as we pick a cue up

but others will probably just have one cue they like and keep for years and not know what the spec is........but it just feels right to them.

i know players that knock 100 breaks in who couldn't tell you anything about there cue spec at all, and if they guess there usually wrong .....i wouldn't mind betting there are quite a few professionals who couldn't either....

no doubt many players would be happy to stick an order in and be guided by you as to what you think, or would try a few from a rack and just pick one that feels right.....or that even just looks nice.

i'll wait for my rollocking now for just not listing my spec & answering the question .....

I think I read so,ewhere that Mike Hallett played with 11, so does Fergal O/Brien, and Peter Ebdon.

Fergals site says he plays with an 11mm tip on a 10mm ferrule. So it is a mushroom tip but it is 11mm. I believe Peter Ebdon does the same.
