1) 1 piece cue, maple shaft with ebony butt
2) 1 piece cue, maple shaft with cocobolo butt
3) 1 piece cue, ash shaft (shaft grain: 5 to 6 evenly spaced arrows) with ebony butt ...... any extra cost for select ash?
4) 4 secondary splicing in Tulip wood
5) Ebony mini butt extension
6) Tulip wood mini butt extension
7) Telescopic extension
8) Delivery cost to London (if any)

I can't really help you out with specifics, but I do know that a ash/ebony (standard ash) will cost 250 pounds, mini - 32 pounds and telescopic extension 35 pounds.

I'm not too sure about the additional splicing you mention, but it is dependant on how elaborate and what type of woods you want to be.

Yeah, most likely right. Last time Trevor contacted me thats what he quoted for an ash/ebony cue - about 6-8 weeks ago.
