McClaren 3/4 cue info wanted

Hoping again someone can give me info on a cue that I have. It's a 3/4 McClaren cue, hand spliced maple shaft, 23" striped ebony butt, joined at 19.5", 56.5", 19 oz., 10mm black ferrule, phenolic joint. The last 1.5" of the butt is plain ebony and is round(no flat spot). The butt has oval shaped inlays on two sides.

Any info regarding the cue maker(I was told he was from the Toronto area?), age of the cue, approx. value, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like an interesting cue, ideal for both 9 Ball and Snooker.
