well it is obvious that on picture 4 you can see something black and I think flash from the camera... but the woods on first 2 pics aren't pretty

Pic 4 clearly shows that the cue is handmade, and absolutely not painted. Noone can doubt that now!

On the serious note,the joint seems to be fitted ok,but it seems a bit damaged to me. And why is the ebony so brown?

I think picture 4 is very conclusive that these pictures were definitely taken by some 1000 mega pixel super crazy extreme digital camera used only by the national defense satellite of China--it clearly shows the cloud patterns of North Korean right after they have tested their nuclear weapon on Sept 3rd, 2009.

cant say that, these 4 pictures made very little sense, if any, to me. put it elsewhere, I would give my cue out to whoever recognizes it's a cue picture, and can tell the quality from the pic. is it a cue, a fish or a nuclear cloud, who can tell?

Well I think we are all dissapointed with this pictures... I was thinking that we are waiting for like hundreds of pics And I just don't see a purpose of microscopic pictures... I was also thinking that philip will say what woods have been used etc...
