tips come cheap , buy a Talisman or whichevers the best for American pool , I'm not all that sure...

i would suggest a tailsman medium tip, could pick one up for about £2/3.

i would imagine you'll find these on ebay

Oh , no wonder How come it shows your home country as the UK

Very well . I dont know too much about Amrican pool cue prices but I can say that you certainly cannot get a good new Snooker cue for GBP.30

Is there a local snooker shop/club that has American pool cue , you could check them out or perhaps try getting one from Ebay if you don't mind it . You could try googling it and finding some results

i have a cue craft 9 ball cue that i was going to use for breaking at 8 ball. think they are 30 including case. was going to stick it on ebay.
however given yer english aint good, maybe the postage is restrictive.
