    Great job on that Mike.
Excellent ( and sneaky in a good way ) way to get potential clients actively involved in the
buying process... feeling in control and committing to their own taste in a fun way, that
    is also risk/cost-free to them.
Plus you minimize your own time and hassle by letting buyers usher themselves into the right section,
aisle and row, and settle into their own comfortable seat.
Nothing better than a Win. Win.

    Cheers!

btw folks, to make it clear, this is the testing period. the beta version.

this is not for you getting quotes right at this moment, it's just to see if the various combinations are coming through without any errors.

so please feel free to experiment with designs and 'get quote' as many times as you want, so i can check everything is working as it should.

and please email me if you notice anything wrong...

thanks for your help. have fun...

                Mike,

Can I apply for the position of quote provider / estimator?
Cause if this takes off which Im sure it will then you know your going to have 100 quotes a day to do, and a very small percentage are going to be from people actually genuinely considering placing an order and not just having a go.
                Absolute quality though.

As per Mikes instructions I was trying to make the most hideous cue possible... And I've broken it!!!

I was making this cue... I pressed preview, then when i pressed back it went back to the second cue select screen... I put all the info back in again and the length butt diamatre etc. options have dissapeared...

thanks for that rg, just copied what you did and you're right. gonna take a bit of figuring out no doubt....

but more importantly, you owe me a quid cos you just reproduced my 'images and intellectual property' without prior consent....

but i'll let you off this time as you helped discover a fault....

Its happening with every cue now... As soon as i press the preview button, then back, it resets and the specs have gone...

well thats a good thing i reckon. means it's not only linked to just a few random cue designs but the back button itself. so should be easy.

as i always say to dan when there's a problem - "that'll be a piece of p*ss to do"

lol, i can almost hear the wail of despair coming from bicester already...

there's a few more little errors i've noticed but hopefully this testing period will help find them all before official release.

btw, try using the go back button instead of back. i don't think it does it when you do that...

Go back button works fine it's just the baaxk button that breaks it

Problem will be fixed tomorrow. Its things like that which are really good to know. When there are billions of variations available there will be problems. So far we have been lucky.

Mike: Just found a custom button that is not removed on preview.
