Got 1 series call O'min Hunter which i am looking forward to buy very soon. I bought my O'min from Snooker Arena at Amcorp Mall. Maybe one day i need to buy 1 China made cue and try it out, as no harm trying, right.
I always sad this many time in TSF, my cue (CM1 City Boy made in MALAYSIA) is just RM260 and I have settled with this cue for quite sometime already. The "feeling" came slowly and now I am still feeling happy and great with my CHEAP cue.
If you have no faith in China made cue, better don't buy it. Keep it simple. My cueing sucks

You mght wanna ask Unclevit regarding your "no feels" Omin Imagine yo...

You're right, we need to play with the same cue each time in order to be consistent. If i saw a really nice cues, it's makes me very itchy. And honestly, City Boy is a very good cue with good price, and i must admitted that it is better than O'min machine splice cues like Champion which cost at RM 500. 10yrs ago, City Boy can be considered a famous nice cues and that time not much of choices in Malaysia. One Utama selling John Parris cues, but don't know it's genuine or fake. And the prices ridiculous expensive. Guessed it's genuine. If so many positive reviews bout China made cues, i will buy it. Haha. Maybe it's nice playing like what few Bros already explained. And worth to invest as well as maybe in another 10yrs, all cues prices hike up far more than today as there's demands for timber everywhere. Cheers....!!!
It is great to have plenty of nice cues in your collection. Like you said, timbers are getting limited now and the price will definitely shooting over the roof in the next 5-10years. So, better keep your cues "healthy" all the time with the hope that you can them pass to your next generations. THEY may live longer than we are.
Expensive/beautiful cue don't play any better. It is a different story if you want to appreciate the beauty of the craftmanship of the cuemaking. It is your choice. So, "INVEST" smartly.Last edited by brendan147; 21 November 2009, 05:40 AM.My cueing sucks
