  • I am getting a little bored with most of the mainstream cuemakers' work. When one takes away the badges, you can hardly tell which is which. Tsang got his own ideas and creativity in makig his cues, Tsang's cues bear his signature. Whether or not you fancy his design, it's like a breeze of fresh air.

    • Every LK.T cue has been assigned with a serial number, it's printed on the butt. The specs of each cue has been stored into Tsang's database. So one may quote the reference no. on butt to check it's authenticity or you may order a duplicate copy with the exact specs, even the rigidity can be the same cos Tsang has sorted the rigidity into digital data as well. Maybe, maybe You'll find LK.T cues in England very soon.

      • If Alain broke his cue nowaays and sent his cue to Tsang. Tsang may be able to reproduce another one with the feel closest to his broken cue. Tsng has some machinery to check the stiffness of cue and matches it from his huge stock of shafts. Alain's career might have been saved.

I like the quality of Mr Tsang's work, I had the pleasure of meeting him last September.
I plan a visit to his factory soon and hope to bring back some of his cues.

              • I am not LK.T's agent. Brother 4 on this forum is LK.t's agent in Hong Kong. LK.T hasn't got any agent in the UK so far. I I'm only his customer and my LK.T will be arrived in about a week.

I have no business interests in LK.T cues whatsoever. Being a cue lover, I just want to let people know more about this brand. LK.T cue is really something, what impresed me most is the hit feel. It's comparable to any leading cuemakers you name it. I know so much about Tsang cos he visited Hong Kong earlier this year and I had a chance to meet him on that occasion. As far as I know, someone from England has ordered a few LK.T cues to test the market. But since I'm not the spokeman from either side, I cannot say more about this.

'Double spear' is the latest invention of Tsang and it's hasn't been price in their website yet. Will let you know soon.

                • One of the things that cause a lot of trouble is the concept of stiffness of
the shaft. What medium stiff in one's mind may differ from that of the cuemakers. It is so difficult to describes in words. Tsang employs a scientific method to convert this into numerical readings. People may order LK.T cue with 6.10 or 7.25 stiffness for instance. One will not get too wrong withwhat he really wants.

                    • Tsang is truly crazy for wood and cues. He uses microscope to study the structure of shafts and differentiates good ones from not so good ones. He uses self-invented machine to test the stiffness of shafts and converts it into readings that is understandable by all.

He cooperates with a university, using slow motion pictures to find out what tip size is the best to apply spin to the cueball.

He also studies different materials to determine what is the best conductor of hit feel for making 3/4 joints. He has full brass joint, half brass and half steel joint or even titanium joint.

He works day in day out in his workshop all year round. He spent most of his time not producing but experimenting. He pushes the cue making technologies a big steep forward in my opinion, he really is. The reason for his great devotion is simply, he wants to makes his name in the cue making industry.

He did not ask me to write this nor I am the promotor of LK.T cues. I'm so sorry if I have make you gugs think that way. I'm doing this is because I am totally touched by what Tsang has been doing. I think he is a guy that worthed mentioning.here. He is a scientist rather than an ordinary cuemaker.

                          • I've told by Tsang that the joints on all LK.T joint cues had been specially treated before despatching from his workshop. The wood grain above the joint and below remain perfectly aligned even after being used for over 10 years or more.

All LK.T cues are under free lifetime guarantee against natural wearing.
