  • Airin,

If your customer had a LK.T cue for HKD800, I think he got a top model of the Famly series, Family I.

Why don't you borrow it to take a good look at it, measure it and take a few shots and make some comments on it?

The main butt of Family I model are made from supreme class of ebony, it felt like jade IMO. I've never seen any ebony as good as this, very impressing.

I believe it was more than $8000 HKD, not $800 HKD.
How much is $8000 HKD in USD or GBP anyway?
Is it like $1150 USD or about 750 GBP?
This LK.T belongs to my customer but he does not have it with him. He is currently playing with another cue.
        Any picture of your cue?

          • Tsang treats cue making as the most important thing in his life and this passion keep him going furher and further. cueinhand and I are great fan of Tsang and are all very happy with the cues he made for us.

We did not intend to promote his business on here as we have no business intests in it anyway. We were touched by his passion and dedication in this area so we just shared with you guys something about his lengendary erson. A Hong Kong born Chinese but chose to set up his cue making factory in Beijing, he said that the high humidity in Hong Kong is not good for cue makig. He is in mid-fifties now and marry a bueautiful Shanghai woman. His battle in cue making will go on and on......

He had a dream that one day some of the top 16 players would be using his cues to compete in the ranking tournament. I wish his dream come true with all my blessing.

            • I really wish his page would've been in english. I do not read chinese Hell I wouldnt mind russian or german. I would've a problem with dutch, but I could get through. But not chinese. And seriousely speaking, if he wants top 16 players to use his cues - wouldn't it be better to setup the page in english, since the top 16 players ARE english speaking =)

              • Agreed. Tsang is never a smart busnessman. He promised to create an English version ASAP. I will announce when it's ready. Thanks for your suggestions. He should set up a foreign trade division to answer incoming enquiries in due course really.

                • Mr. Tsang must have met Ding, Liang, and Fu in the last 10+ years of making cues in China...
If he can get them to use his cues then even though he cannot speak English he would have a top player playing with a LK.T cue in ranking tournaments.

A few years ago, Mr.Tsang made Ding a MAPLE cue, but Ding can not to get used with it!
Tsang’s theory is that in performing all kind of shots, MAPLE shaft is more advantages than ASH shaft.

                    • It is not Tsang's style to approach the pros and offer to make them a cue from free. He only build cues for those who really appreciate his work and will of course charge them.

                      • I am really wondering. I want to try em... but.. hell. the page's in chinese I can't read nothing there. And I'd think the delivery would be costing bit less then to you kay or canada or summin... not sure tho - it's effing russia after all.
