    i have a habit to re-visiting cuemaker's websites. sadly mike's is down

    my recent revisit was craftsman.
    i love how they posted the picture about the royal mail postal strike

    "We are pleased to announce that large parcels such as cues, cases, ball sets are sent by Fastway courier and will not be affected by the strike in any way. Smaller items normally sent in Jiffy bags could be delayed due to the strike but will be delivered eventually."

      I have the same habit of visitting these sites. Recently I bought a tournament style cue case from them and within a few hours of the order being placed Craftsman were on the phone to explain that they did not currently have the colour I wanted in stock (black) but would in a few days, asking if I wanted to wait or change colour. I said I'd wait (as the new cue I had made was still a few days away itself photos coming soon) and within a week the new case was delivered by Fastway in perfect time for the said cue. I feel this is a perfect example of excellent customer service and caring for their customer base so I will definitly go back to them, however Royal Mail do not seem to have the same ideologies unfortunately. Well done Craftsman.
      You never really learn to swear until you miss an easy shot halfway through a break.:snooker:
