(not sure if he plays now with a one piece or 3/4...but quite sure he plays with an ash cue:-))
Can anyone confirm please that he likes to play with the straight grains (what is usaually on the side of the shaft)on top-- not the chevrons?
If so, is his cue built with the straight lines on top, or is he holding it sideway?

I have found out he is currently using a custom John Parris cue. On his official twitter page, John Parris tweeted the following just over a week ago: "Congratulations to Judd Trump for winning the EPTC1 Paul Hunter Classic in Germany. Is his JP a 1 piece?
I did notice he was using a 1 piece cue but his cue craft was 3/4.
Is the grains on his cue different than normal, like does he have the straight side grains on the top rather than the arrows?
