It measures the moisture.

Nice vid Peradon turn out the odd nice cue.

My mate had a lovely player so I bought one and it was crap.
The nice player got broken and he replaced with a new King also crap. Both of us have Trevor White cues now.
I've played with other bad Peradons but you get the odd good one. I played with a custom one that my mate had and it was great. Better than any Parris I've used.
If you make a lot of cues your going to have some good and some bad
