Simple....ask Mike on here. Im sure Mikes cues would never have laquer on, that looks like superglue to me. It also looks like Mikes "flat", which is more rounded and subtle than that of most makers. PM Mike Wooldridge here, im sure he will put you right.

hmm, the badge looks manipulated and as far as I know, Mike would not put lacquer on a cue...

Look, calm down. No doubt Mike will be on later and put you straight. If not i'll let him know that you are worried and he will check it out sometime during the day. It looks fine to me. Only thing is the superglue. Possibly the badge got knocked out and someone tried to glue it back, used too much glue and it squeezed out. Easy to do when you are not sure.

it looks right to me as dan said in previous post with the glue the shape of the butt looks right so i wouldn't worry, also does it play well? If so i wouldn't be bothered.
