          I did ask for more info just out of curiosity, the answer which i deleted went something like this " four foot 10 to 11 long, 18 to 19mm tip" - far too vague and a very large tip

            He obviously knows his stuff (and clearly spent a good few hundred £'s on his que), sounds like he's quoting you circumference!

            Ask him where he stole it from...

              Just to get slightly technical - circ = pie x dia - so 3.142 x 9.5 tip would give you a circ of about 30mm , so he clearly doesnt know his stuff !

                    oh and your correct of course on the pie - pi spelling doh, only used to using the symbol on the old calculator !
