  • What weight and tip size do the top 32 use?

Just wondering if anyone knows what weight cue's the top players tend to
use, I understand John Higgins uses a lighter cue, around 16oz but most of
the top pro's tend to use the 'standard' 18oz +
Also is it generally accepted that around 9.5 mm is the most popular tip size.
Anyone know the exact specs the top players use ?
    cheers.

I think exact specs for most of them will be difficult to find. I think the above poster may be referring to cue maker rather than cue specs.

As gettingbetter rightly points out there are many threads confirming cue makers but can't seem to find any that actually touch on WEIGHT - will be difficult to get the info
but perhaps someone out there has first hand dealings with some of the pro's and
          actually know the weight/tip size

From what I've seen on this forum, Ronnie's, Ding's and Higgins specs are known.
