Sounds ok - altho pics would be needed. Sure someone will be along soon with a guide price for you
ps - having no ferrule actually makes it more valuable as that is how it was originally

Hi scottishplayer i found this about your cue..

Lindrum’s second "record break" cue commemorates his break of 4,137
made over 19th-20th January 1932. This was Lindrum’s highest
recorded break in competitive play, and a good example would be
          worth about £150.

Good info, BUT i see your quoting from the cue collector website, and that piece is from november 1998, so value cant be relied upon. May well be more - could be less - somebody must have a better idea ?? wheres perpetualboredom or gloveman or ADR147 or other old cue specialists ??

Correct with you observation jrc..but it was just as a guide..i wouldent have thought that the cue would have went up more that the price quoted.
              But you just never know..

I bet when ebay came along, a lot of cue collectors would have been crying when they realised that the cues they paid a small fortune for were not as rare as they thought they were eh ?

£150?? A recent one, 'refurbished' 1932 lindrum sold around £200... one 2 months earlier was up for £350 I believe. One was sold buy in now in the summer £140 in 5 minutes, imo £150 is giving the cue away, if its in good nick it *could* fetch much more. I'd be looking £200 minimum.

The 1929 lindrum is rarer ( due to these cues only being produced for two and a half years ) and therefore has a higher value. A good 1932 should fetch £200-£350 all day long.
