    Quackers, the badge wasn't made of wood, those were the later ones, but was in fact a solid see-through resin badge, which I think overlaid a transfer of some sort.

      Ah right, I had a later one then. I know I had to save up for it, lol. I have to say it was a really nicely made, well-balanced cue. Mine had an ebony butt with 4 rosewood or walnut? splices and a maple and a red wood veneers.

        Sorry to drag up an old thread, I just bought one of these cues today, mine is the maple badge with a water transfer, its only 55" long but that appears to be the original length as its still varnished, someone has added weight to it though. Its hand spliced ebony, but typical of powerglide the ebony appears to have been painted over, there are 4 secondary rosewood splices and a rosewood front splice over yellow and red veneers. Did anyone ever work out what they're worth? Its not for sale.
