Ive got a John Parris classic cue which is pretty much my ideal specs, been thinking about asking you Dan if you could add a bloodwood splice and veneer similar to that mastercraft pic - is that something you could do ?? and if so would it cost me an arm and a leg (or just the arm )

It is the same in Germany: "Mitteldichte Faserplatte"

Thanks for the pic Dan (you can`t go trough this forum without getting to know your name )
So it is better to go for Bloodwood if you want the "red" style?
I am just a once or twice per week rubbish player. Too old to rock'n roll, too young to die...
I love nice cues but I do not deserve it...

You don't need to play like pro to own one of the best cues on earth, just the $$$$$ you got.
you don't have to drive like a racer to own a racing car

Then I am happy that I am not interested in racing cars. Even the best cues on earth are by far cheaper...

That's one of the advantage of this forum

Grab all the oppourtunity you have here, cue makers here are friendly and helps you to choose the best wood. If you're lucky you might get some nice cue at low cost(make sure you pray hard)

                        All the best

I think I will find my Luck here
Actually I`m a young player and I need to come clean about my specs, but after this I know which Wood to go for!

BTW I can write pm`s now!

So the most important part to have a custom cue is done...
