  • Mastercraft Cues- Where is David?

    Hi guys at TSF!


    I just bought a new cue from Mastercraft Cues considering the quality and the price. Dave is a top block and helps you from top to bottom until you are happy with the cue. I recommend him to anybody who is having trouble deciding which supplier to go with because of the price and quality.

    I purchased my cue late Jan, and ever since i have not heard from David what so ever! His a very nice and genuine block, but strange enough he has not replied to any of my 4 e-mails. I do understand that cue makers are always busy round the clock but has anybody recently deal or have spoken to him? If you have let me know!

    I'm just wondering if his busy and has not answered to anybody at all, or is just avoiding me till the cue is done and ready to ship.

    Once again thanks for reading, and i shall get pictures and specs of my cue up for you guys when i have received it

    not too sure exactly mate, i've spoken to a few people, myself included who have said he's taken quite a few days to respond to emails but he has replied eventually.
    good luck with the cue, i'm sure he'll respond soon.

      I have spoken to him this week but only very quickly he just said they are absolutely working flat out at the moment & just very very busy.

      He did say he hadn't had time to catch up with emails but that he hoped to as soon as he could, thing is dave & chris at mastercraft are genuine, hardworking blokes who really do try to please which is always difficult when your really busy.

      I woudn't worry though mate he won't be avoiding you, i'm sure he'll get in touch as soon as he can & more importantly i'm sure you'll get a nice cue at a very good price, you might just have to wait a bit longer for it though i think.

        Your not the only one mate, Dave was answering all my emails at first, the same day or the next but then I wouldn't hear from him for a week maybe more.
        I did the same as you and put a post on here asking was he on holiday or something but I was told that they were just really busy which is understandable. So I phoned up and they told me when I would get my cue.

        I ordered my cue back in january as well it's on its way to me on fri
        cant wait.

        Give them a ring.

              Thanks for the replies guys lol, David is a very good man. Best Customer service. Im from melbourne Australia and i dont really know the best time to call or how to even dial the correct numbers LOL!

              But its okay, ill just wait and give it time.
