What is this cue?
I wouldn't buy a machine spliced Peradon for £85 it's a waste of money. Get a second hand cue or spend a bit more. In your shoes I'd get a Craftsman 147 for £145?
not really good enough to go spending that much on a cue. the most i am looking on spending is £100 - £150 but for £150 i would like a cue & case combo.

Jordson,I dont mean to differ with other peoples views but if your game isnt that great now and feel it doesnt warrant a big outlay just buy a cheap one(doesnt mean poor quality). If you gave a top player 2 cues, one cheap and one dear its a toss up which would be the first he'd hit a century with.Hendry won 6? world titles with a cheap cue because he believed in it and it felt good, its as simple as that.

You just said you,ve never played with a good cue so you cant really comment on the improvement over a cheap broom handle .

well am goin up tonight for a few frames so i will give it a quick sanding with some fine paper then if it still gets sticky look into buying a new higher quality cue.
guessin as people will know it gets very annoying when you playing well getting some decent breaks then your cue starts to get sticky, dont get me wrong i like my cue and the fact i got i with the two smart extenders its just that i hate a sticky cue!
Rant Over lol

I'd put some welly into your sandpapering,it took mine a hefty repeat dose before it stopped sticking.

one of the many plus points of buying a decent cue will mean you receive a cue you can play with as opposed to having to start to finish it yourself
