  • My New Mastercraft Cue - Thanks David!!

First of all i'd like to thank David at Mastercraft cue for his support and for the magnificent work on my cue that i received this morning. I was rapt as hell when i saw a man come through my drive way with a circular tube.

I'd like to recommend Mastercraft cues to anybody who are looking for a brand new cue. David provides low priced cues compared to others, and standard of work are just as good as any other cue maker in the world.

    Here are some quick snaps,
Specifications; 9.5 elkmaster tip, 57", Ebony and Olive wood, Ash Shaft.

    Best Regards,
    Thien

Thanks guys, i thought i was the only person who liked the olive splices
I like the idea of Olive splices from the cue Ronnie O'sullivan uses by Hunt & Osbourne, i asked for a quote and it was 525 pounds, but i got the same thing from Mastercraft and it cost me £224.95 with nameplate = 402.57 AUD

It just shows that Mastercues are much cheaper compared to others, they don't use professionals to promote their products unlike Parris, Stamford.

              Btw the weight is 18oz

              Have a nice weeks guys

              Kind Regards,
              Thien

Nice cue. Did the price include shipping to Aus? it's a pain in the ass that we live so far away because postage adds so much to the total. Don't mean to rock your boat either, but the way the Aussie dollar is going, it would have only been $368.36 Aud if you ordered it today, but hey who's watching the currency anyway. Nice cue though.

If i dun remember wrongly, you just need to add £5-£10 for a custom made disc plate.

Haha, yes I am Vietnamese my friend! The Nguyen gives it away
Yea i found it pretty cool to have your name on your cue, it just gives it a little personality but most people like to have the cue named and specify where it was made and by whom. In case they want to tell it down the track.

But yea i didn't know we could get it done until i saw a fellow TSF member posted up he Mastercraft and it had he name on it. Thanks to "Lawrence Wild" i had the idea of having olive-wood spliced cue like Ronnie's Hunt & Osbourne cue, with my name plate for a cheaper quote compared to the other cue manufacturers. I'm pretty sure now days the personalized Temps can be done anywhere now, my cousin is planning on getting a cue from Mike Woodrige and he saw that the personalized name option was part of the virtual cue making system they have on their website.

                          Kind Regards,
                          Thien.
