  • New cue from Trevor white

    After much reading up I made the decision to go with Trevor white for my new cue. I sent Trevor an email with a couple of designs and asked for a quote for them along with a plain ebony butt. I had no idea what Trevor charged for his cues? Hence the multiple quotes.
    Trevor replayed a couple of days later giving me a quote for each of them and went on to explain what was involved in each cue. He was very helpful and I made the decision there and then to go ahead and order the cue. I replied to Trevor’s email asking him how to make the order but as yet I have not received a replay I think?
    Now I don’t want to keep hassling the man but it’s now a week since I first replied to Trevor’s quote. I have had problems with my email account so I’m not even sure if he had tried to replay to my email but I can only assume that he has not had a chance so far. I was wondering if I should try and contact him again but I have already sent him a couple of email since last week.
    Can anyone else explain the process they went through when ordering a cue from Trevor. I understand that he is very busy and I would really love to have a cue made by him but I’m afraid of turning into a pain in the **** for him lol

    i ordered my cue from trevor just recently, he is very busy but he will get back to u when he can.
    i waited a couple of weeks, rang him, and got a response to email couple of days later.
    as many many people say, u can trust trevor, he is just a very very busy man

      Sounds familiar...

      He will get back to you bud, might take 2 weeks sometimes but he will get back....

      I'm awaiting a reply from him too, been waiting nearly a week now, i'll be patient for a few more daze yet...:snooker:

          I've e-mailed Trevor a few times recently and found his response times really good,
          I can only assume that he prioritizes His reply with regards to where your order is on the list. He must have got back to me quickly as mine is work in progress and I've made a few changes. He has told me that there can be no more alterations to the spec from now on. :snooker:

            i just wish i could place the order and try forget about it till the start of next season.:snooker:
            just dont want to be a pain in the arse and bother the man every few days till i do place my order lol:snooker:

              How much are we talking for a cue by Trevor? While I do admire the craftmanship and appearance of some of the fance splicing and exotic woods, my personal preference is for a very simple look with ebony and ash.

                    when i placed mine, it was just confirming the specs and notifying Trev how I would be paying my deposit.

                    Then I tried to leave him alone to tend to the others and his work, until I made a change to the specs which of course Trev acknowledged it. Now I am waiting patiently until he contacts me again.

                    So hang in there. I reckon the wait should be >20weeks so a couple more weeks should be fine.

                      got a email from trevor today so it looks like i was just being a bit impatient oh well at least i will be able to put my order in when he gives me a call back

                            I got a reply email today from Trevor as well. Was extremely happy to receive it but unfortunately came with some bad news. It seems that he has an agreement with a dealer here, and even if I order one from him, he cannot send it directly to the Hong Kong/ China region. He did not specify who the dealer is and I have sent another email asking if I can order directly from them. If anyone know who this dealer is, can you let me know so I can contact them. Honestly, I told Trevor that the shipping is absolutely not a problem. I am prepared to fly 14 hours and pick it up from his front door if I have to. But I just want to know how to contact this dealer as I dont know when Trevor will write back again. Thanks
