Hi Guys.
First post so go easy on me if Im in the wrong place.
I recently got my cue thinned to 8.5mm. Now I had intended to get the cue back and play around with some tips to try and find the one suitable for me. Fortunately the tip that it came back with was perfect for me.
However, the guy that I got to do it was a friend of a friend sorta thing so will be hard to get in contact and find out what tip it was.
I put a new elk on last night and went down for a hit and found it too be too hard. I think came home this afternoon, put a Moori M on and the degree of spin im getting really suits. But the problem is, is that the tip doesnt seem to take any chalk whereas the one that was on initially I never had a problem with.
I would just like too see what tips you guys would recommend for the details Ive given. I like to play a lot of side on the ball (I use the cue for 8 ball) so a hard tip doesnt really suit.
