Hmmm...after going back and forth through the posts several times, I have to admit I dont understand it either.

But I dont mind it, I like to see my handle being typed in bold big fonts--I think its the first time someone has done that.

I guess he put "Definitive" into it.

definitive adj 1 settling a matter once and for all. 2 most complete or authoritative. noun, grammar an adjective used to limit the extent of meaning of a noun, eg this, that. definitively adverb. definitiveness noun.

Hey you are right. You are quite smart, aren't you (or I am just being dumb, which is of course not true)
So.......what is definitive handmade cue makers?
Is it like the authority on handmade cues?
If so, something is wrong--Keith Auld 's web site not even mentioend once.

I made this thread to try and help people out who come on here and their first post is 'I want a really expensive cue, who is best?' or 'i want a john parris cue, which one should i get' etc etc.

No many people are aware there is so much choice out there, therefore, putting all the 'handmade' makers together in a list will give people more choice and plenty of websites to look at and droll over rather than just going to JP assuming thats what they want/the only option.

                :snooker:

EDIT: Keith Auld now in the list.

EDIT EDIT: ADR 147...i dont get see what point your making, this is a list of cue makers???

                    I see...:-)
I think you might have missed Paris cue's site (http://www.pariscues.com/), since you have included Hunt and O'Bynes's site there.

I spoke to Keith Auld a few months ago, when he told me that he had just stopped making cues, as he had sold all his equipment.

                              Can anyone else confirm this?

                                potter,

If Keith Auld told you he had stopped making cues, then, surely, that is all the confirmation that you need.

Straight from the horses mouth ...... so to speak!
