  • Identify Cue

Hello, I have here this cue I inherited but have no idea about it identity, other than it's most likely 'Thurston & Co'.

    Any information is appreciated.

    Thanks.

Looks like a Joe davis club cue from the 60s.
Not played for 3 years and itching for a game....11-3-2017.

I have a very similar cue but in ash and it is a Joe Davis special, this used to be the cue I played with for years before my brother broke it in a cab door. I took the name plate off which I lost. I took the cue to John Parris who shorten it and cleaned it up. It is the cue my 9 year old son plays with

Thanks for the responses. Googling around, A Joe Davis seems spot on.

As for the name plate, I doubt I will ever know exactly which one it was, but I will look round for one in the era.

          Thanks.
