I'm sure there was a butt joint in the olive wood [end spliced] cue he was using at the Worlds... within the first day of the WC starting, John Parris was on the radio [another poster on here said Talksport?] saying how Ronnie had told him he was unhappy with his current cue... the H&O.

He was making Ronnie a new cue from an "exceptional piece of ash that he had kept back for him". Will be interesting to see how Ronnie gets on with his new toy.

One piece cues are awesome, but like most ppl I prefer a 2 piece as it's easier to carry.
