New cue suggestions

I'm new here and plan on posting quite a lot in the future.

Anyone got any suggestions for a new cue? I've been playing with Riley cues for the past 8 years and I feel it's time for change in quality (a drastic one). I'm not incredibly serious but I play down the club 2-3 days a week and play in a local black ball pool league, so I don't want a JP Ultimate cue or anything like that. I don't really want to be paying over £100 for it either because I plan on going back to college soon so money is fairly tight. I'm also used to Ash but I'm willing to give Maple shafts a try also.

Finally, has anyone dealt with this seller on eBay and do you know if his cues are any good? http://tinyurl.com/3yae2xa

i have for sale a hardly used gbl c2 from greenbaize 3 quarter maple with a single white veneer and a large splice of burr wood comes with both solid ebony mini butt and tele extension. cue specs are 58in long 19oz in weight 9.8mm tip 29.89mm butt if you havent seen these cues before they are greenbaizes own make they are leagues ahead of master cue, omin probably the best cues you can buy for under £200 the full package cost £245 + p&p from greenbaize if your interested i am selling at £170, i no its abit over your budget but sell your phone or ipod and woop woop ha

If you are thinking about going for that Gbl champion cue i have to say that for the money they are brilliant cues . I have one myself and everything about them is spot on , for the money they cant be beat imo .

sionweeks For £100 or less I'd suggest the following:-
1) Ring Simon at Craftsman cues to see if he's got anything in the shop. Website says sold out for cues around this price but he might have something.
2) Chap on this forum "Snookerpoolman" is agent for Cuecraft and might be able to sort you out.
3) Matchplay-cues.com might be worth a try. Guys name is Paul. Don't know much about these cues but you can pick up a machine spliced for around £80. Pictures look nice.
4) Few guys on this forum selling good second hand cues. Currently Craftsman century on sale for around £80. 60" tho so maybe too long.
E-bay too much of a lucky dip for me!!

there's a nice James butter's cue on fleabay at the moment as well, a bit long though at 59"

Ended up buying the one from the eBayer I listed. Turns out my friend has one from the same seller so I tried his out and I love it so I'm trying a similar one out.
