New cue fom Tony Glover

Yesterday i collected my new cue fom Tony Glover. Wow!!! 55 inches one piece ash cue with mini butt and telescopic butt. Its almost a carbon copy of my orignal cue which sadly is passed it now. Already ican feel the confidence coming back around the black , just wait till i get used to it !!!
I would recomend Tony to you all a real craftsman.. £390 is what it cost me ... sorry no pictures i am no computer geek!! Just a snooker nut!!!

congratulations mate.
tonys work is top draw.
im currently playing a 3/4 glover on my own.. very nice playing cue and the craftmanship is very well made.
i can highly recommend tony at all.

Best break so far is 44 but it will not be long before its double that, i just have to get used to it.

very stiff shaft tight grain.

thats pretty much exactly my height.

got to try a shorter cue like that, might help me.

currently playing with a 57" one. but my grip seems like arround 8-9cm above the butt end.

I have always liked holding the cue at the end i feel i have more touch and do not seem to loose any power by not having a long cue, it also makes a stiff cue if you a good piece of ash.. which i do!!!
To answer how long Tonys waiting is , its about 10 weeks, but give him a ring he a good bloke and he will give you an HONEST answer ok guys?

lads , lads sorry no pics!!!!!! i am an old fart who does not know how to post pics..... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh . To give you some idea what it looks like , the wood oi very dark in colour giving the impression its an old cue!!!!! one piece with the screw thread at the end od of the butt .. plain ebony.. no fancy splicing for me chaps!!!Any more info required?

Yes,

Tony is a nice guy even on the mail.
I emailed him on several occasions for quotes and he gladly replies.

I guess his current wait time is abt 2-3mths, not sure.
But i will be receiving a new cue off him the coming Monday which i had place in late Aug.

Can wait to lay my hands on a new Tony cue.
Seriously, i own an old Tony Glover which i bought off a forum member here and had it extended. The cue played very well thus made me wanna get a new one custom off him.

Will post the pics when it arrive.
