    as the thread tittle suggests, i want to know whats the point innit and the difference to a 3/4 jointed in the splices.

    ive seen mark williams use to have it this way.

    is it just the balance point changed or anything else?

    Its more convenience than anything else, although it does add a bit more forward weight to the cue and some players prefer this.

        Try going to pool matches in a audi tt with 4 team mates and a few 1 piece cues !

            yep try going with just yourself and a 1 piece cue ha ha !

            not just this but everone throws there case in to the car and it can mark your case easilly so with the case safly in the boot i dont care what they do with theres.

              Isnt this why sun roofs were invented
              one piece case fits in my Mini, but have trouble using the handbrake

                  yes mine to, went to my match last night with 1 team member in the car with me, and even his 3/4 alu case wouldnt go in the back !

                  so both cases were along side the passenger seat, acts as a verry good roll cage if you ask me.
