This Omin is a very early cue. It is dead straight and played really good despite some scratches visible on the butt. It is my main playing cue as I preferred maple over ash. I will play with the new TW cue for the next few weeks to see if I can get used to it.

So when is the next "cue exhibition"? Can't wait to see and try your new cue, not to mention Johnny's too! His new TW cue would really be an eye opener... he said he has no camera, so we gotta help him take some photos and post them here too!

Wait for my cues please so that we can exhibit our very own small collection as compare to Johnny's ones.....

                      snookered...just a question.

what's the significance of the omin badge being GREEN in colour? that's rare

Actually I do not know of many TW cues in SG. From what I seen, there's only two or three other TWs beside the 2 new one just delivered, which one is mine and the other super fancy one belonged to my friend. Maybe there're other hidden jewels around which I didn't see cos I only played in one place.

The round badges was the earlier badge used by Omin. If I not wrong, the special colours(green, red, etc) are only used in those custom ordered cues. I think Unclevit have the correct answer to this question. Omin has since changed the round badge to square one.

Yup, my previous Omin perfect cue also has a green round tag, 1 of the early batches.

How early were they used? I have a cue for sale on ebay

                              http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....#ht_562wt_1137

Any guess on how old this cue might be? I brought it second hand myself.
