Hi.. can the ash wood treated with 95%+ Alcohol and then after that use a dry cloth buff dry immediately, then put oil and wax? any experience here?

In the first place, can u pls explain why the need for using alcohol on the cue.
If u are just cleaning the shaft, plain water will do. At most, use a little bit of detergent to get rid of the chalk stain.
If u wana get it glossy, just apply oil then bluff it after dry.
