Help. Parris Ambassador or Mike Wooldridge Shark?

I have a dilemma.Wife finally buying a birthday present. I actually want and has.£350 to spend on a new cue.Play 8ball mostly so prefer 8.5mm tip so Shark looks better. Anybody use either for pool or any commentsin general are greatly apreciated.

I play 8 ball,mostly,as well.At the moment I am using a Black Shark (thanks for that hotpot).I have takan a standard one and reduced the tip to 9mm and it plays very well.The standard and finish of the cue is excellent but what I really like about it is the fact that the short extention fits directly to the shaft,giving a cue of about 52 and a half inches,absolutely perfect for "tight tables" we all come across at times.It also screws into the normal butt for those just out of reach shots.All in all great value as you always play with your own tip and shaft regardless of table position at your venue.If you want to spend more a Shark Custom is an alternative,giving you an option under VCM to see your own design on screen.

I would recommend Mike's Shark cue. I have had mine a few days and I feel I am timing the ball better than ever. It has a nice touch among the balls. :snooker:

Ye the shark is a lovely cue and a great bargain for the mone . Only reason i sold mine is because i prefer a 57 " , otherwise i would have kept her .
