....probably by resisting the rotation of your wrist, which is what most players do some some degree. If the cue is bottom heavy then it won't rotate like a standard cue.

how would weight stop this?
if your wrist twists, it twists! its more to do with the grip surely?

not sure that would be the case in reality the weight is going to make no difference to how you cue because its not enough weight - also i am not convinced its a good idea to force you to change your cue action anyway.
Regarding the weight, that's what I thought until I tried it. It's not the overall weight that matters, it's the bias. It doesn't force you to change your cue action, it's assists you to cue straight....on every stroke you make. The more you use it, the straighter you cue. It doesn't just improve your cueing arm, it influences your whole approach to the table in a positive way. In my opinion, as a sports scientist and cuesports player, it has more scientific merit than any cue ever developed.

i can see the logic in the science just as i can with the triangle shaped cue! i am just not sure its required and any cue maker could create the same effect because ebony is heavy stuff! surely the majority of good players cue straight anyway and if not coaching would sort that? - my biggest thing though is that if it really worked i would see them about and i don't.
