Getting on great with it to be fair, Tony was great to deal with and has made it to my exact specs. What have you ordered from Tony? mine took about 6 weeks from start to finish, which i was quite impressed with.

Look forward to seeing pics of yours when you get it.

Saweet, glad you get on with it...

Mines not from tony fella, just a similar design from another cuemaker...

          Nice cue fella.
Is that a alu cue craft case? I just bought one myself last week in burgundy. Nice case and the cue fits nicely although getting the mini butt and extension in is a right squeeze. I have to practically sit on it like a full suitcase... hove you found this?

          Cheers

            Hi D,

The case isnt a cue craft, not sure of the make of it. The guy i bought it from is a snooker coach who owns a shop, he also has an e-bay shop which is where i bought it from, he must have had a load delivered because they were going so cheap, got mine for about £11.00 !!!!! But it closes without a problem, the mini butt fits neatly in the opposite end of the case to the butt of the cue, and the foam hold them both nicely. I dont have a telescopic extension, if i did, i think it might be a tight squeeze!! What kind of cue have you got?

              it looks great!

im thinking of getting a 1kilk joint fitted into one of my cues, and am thinking of sending it to tony wilshaw for the alterations

could you kindly upload pictures of what the stainless steel version looks like?

before you made the decision to use the 1kilk, do you by any chance know what his butt joints look like? thanks!

                      Hi,

Thanks, it is a lovely bit of timber. Tony finishes his cues with beeswax, it glides through the bridge like a dream!! The splices are superb, the olivewood is a really nice finish. What have you ordered from Tony? Look forward to seeing some pics....

Waiting definitely is a virtue, that not many of us have!! I was the same, as soon as i'd ordered it, i couldnt wait to get hold of it!!:snooker:

I received my latest cue from Tony a couple of weeks ago, it is a really nice playing cue and a great piece of craftsmanship.
I opted for a plain ebony butt, I will post pics shortly.

                            Hi,

Tony did a tidy job on this for me, i was insistent on Stainless ferrule, and off his own back sourced this 1 klik joint(which i havent seen anywhere else) normally used for american pool cues apparently.

The male is stainless steel, the female is brass, but Tony has put a stainless steel collar on so it matches the cuffs(lol).

                            thanks fella,

Yes its a stainless pin with a brass insert for American pool cues, I sold the first batch to America and the last batch to China, I have since redesigned this joint so your cue is unique!

Tony is a good friend of mine and does a lot of prototypes for me.
