So, my history, I have been playing a snooker since i was 11, im now 27, my dad got me a really nice snooker cue when i was 12 years old after her seen i was getting pritty good fast, i had my first 100 break at 12 about 5 months after starting to play snooker.....at the age of.....whatever i was in 1998 i was playing in a nova scotia canada snooker tournament i noticed a legand of snooker in my area Kenny Shea playing with the nicest looking cue i have ever seen, i had asked him about the cue and he told me it was lewis and wilson that he had 2 of made for him with his name and 147 ingraved on the side....i asked if i could hit some balls with it and the moment i used it i was like i wanted it........so i asked if he would trade me my paris for his lewis and wilson and we did and even trade....i have had the cue ever since and its the best cue i have ever put in my hands....... my question is does anyone know the history behind the cue, i have never even ,looked the cue up or have i ever used another cue since......so has anyone got a history ont he maker, if they are still maken them ect...

Lewis & Wilson ceased trading years ago. Can't remember the date but there's a post here somewhere about them. Two of the guys started out on their own and formed Mastercraft Cues. They are in Shropshire England. Names Dave Buswell and Chris Smith. Lots of post here about their cues. Have a look at their website.
