My 14 year old Lewis and Wilson

This cue was made for a good friend and great snooker player Kenny Shea, he is in his late 70s now and still runs 100s like he did 40years ago. He has ad a 147 break with this cue back in 1997 i believe, not long after we traded cues my John Parris for this Lewis and Wilson.

I have a question, what should i use to refinish the butt end of the cue? varnish, should i do a really light sanding?

Edit: Hope its a good one if you swopped it for a Parris - never seen a decent Lewis cue, and if its already got a varnished butt it doesnt sound promising lol

its one of the nicest cues i have ever used, the hit is great the cue is just one of them cues that when i used it, i knew right away i wanted it.....also any tips on uploading a photo

You may have to wait until you have 10 posts im not sure, but you can either use the paperclip symbol to add attachments or i use the yellow square to use direct links to my pics on photobucket.

I'd love to see pics of this cue as well. I saw Ken Shea compete in Saskatoon in 1993. That was the year Darryl Wouters was Canadian snooker champion, and I watched he and Ken exchange in a lovely tactical battle (in a mall, of all places).

Why dont you take the badge from the extension and put it on your cue ?

Use clear nail varnish and that should stop it rubbing/fading off.
