If your timber is at a decent moisture content, then most powdered UF adhesives will work pretty well.

                      cue transport

if its just cue and nothing else a piece of waste pipe from diy or similar wrap cue with bubble wrap again or similar take to your local post office they will give you options and you can take one that covers up to the amount cue worth for insurance may vary between £7 and 20 depending which you pick

Same here, and best to send it in a hard plastic tube, unless you have a proper old style metal case, wrap the cue in bubble wrap if enough room or a few sheets of newspaper to avoid it rattling around and causing scratches. I recently ran out of tubes so went to local diy place and bought a 2m length of 40mm dia white plastic drainage pipe - only cost £2.74
Parcelforce 48 £10.99 with insurance up to £100 included. you pay a bit extra to get to the level you want. Plenty of parcel tape to each end and jobs a good un.
Other companys are available and possibly cheaper !

Yes i think D H L are cheaper but i like using parcelforce when possible as i would like to think every little bit will help keep it nationalised

I'm sorry if this is not relevant, but it is my first post on snooker forum, Just out of curiosity, earlier in the posts you said your friend picked up the cue and knocked a 80+ break in third frame, what was he hitting before that with other cues?

Reason for the question, does playing with, says a John Parris cue going to improve your game, if so, why, compared to something from local sports shop??? I know this discussion may be somewhere else, but I can't seem to work out how the hell to do a search.
