There are tons of pics/references on JP, TW, Dave Coutts, Robin cues etc but I don't find many pics or ref on MW cues anywhere. From MW website, Mike touted to be one of the best cue maker and many regard him so but how many of you actually seen his work or own/play his cue?

They are very precise, very well constructed, and really beautifully crafted.
Buy one and you will agree.

Mike is a very talented craftsman/cuemaker . ive had two cues of his and the attention to detail where very very high, alike TW i would say, but for some reason i could not get on with the mikes cues so ive sold them. another thing i would like to point out that ive played in lots and lots of different clubs and ive never came across a player who plays with TW, MW ...cues. and what baffled me the most that not many players even heard about these cuemakers.Last edited by 147alltheway; 27 December 2010, 12:47 PM.

I currently use a parris ultimate which i love but from reading this site am very tempted to order a tw or h&o but i called robert to order a black plate h&o but was informed he was only making cues for trade for the forseeable future.does anyone know where you can order a black plate or would mw or tw be better cues.

I,ve had a Wooldridge ands have three T W cues and also had a few parris , they are all top notch made beautifully and as good as they get .
Never had an Osborne but the pics i,ve seen of them are really nice .
As for the way they play i suppose its very much down to the individual .
I could,nt use the Parris cue so for that reason i would,nt buy another .
Aurora and Dan shelton also make lovely cues , and Flame is a new cue maker but also makes a mean cue .

When I have mentioned TW, MW, JP and others at the club where I am playing, they look at me as though am talking about aliens. The cues most of them use are either rack cues or some Chinese things. Not even seen any old Burwat cues either.
They even think the tables are fast, but the ball will only go about two lengths of the table when they are hit as hard as possible. Nothing like the tables were like before I stopped playing years ago.
