got an old old cue which is bent at the splices plain black ebony butt can it be straightened and can recommend anyone thanku happy new to everyone

Im in the proccess of uploading my home made cue stratening method, I don’t recommend doing this to a good cue, but as you can see, i did not get the cue perfect but i made it useable...it went from a big big bend to just a small warp that shouldn’t effect one shot. I also am still trying to get it a bit better i striped the finish and had used raw linseed oil and will all it to dry well and repeat.

i have a modified wallpaper stripper that i use but in truth its not the straightening that takes the time it takes a few seconds usually - its having to re finish the cue afterwards!

i wrap the cue in a towel first to protect the finish but even if it needed to be re finished thats not a huge issue.
