New or used?

Hi all,

I am after a new cue, I havent got a massive budget (£150 - £200).
I was thinking of a mastercraft or craftsman cue but was thinking
if the right specs came along on a used cue would I get a better cue for
the same money?

What spec are u looking for?
There are several cues on sale in the sales thread if I haven't search there.
