  • Hand made cues in my area

    Hi all,

I'm looking to buy a new snooker cue, but having used the same cue for 16 years I'm not sure what I'm looking for in a new cue. Ideally, I would like to go to a shop/manufacturer that supplies hand made cues and pick up a few so I can feel the difference. I don't like the idea of ordering a cue online without having picked it up first.

I've searched the net, but haven't been able to find any thing nearby. I live between Beaconsfield and Slough (Junction 2 M40 South Bucks/Berkshire border). Does anyone know of any snooker cue sellers I can visit in my area? I don't mind making a trip into London (Parris cues is about an hour away), but thought there may be some place nearer I don't know about?

    Thanks in advance.

To be honest there's nothing wrong with my old cue. It's served me well, but since joining a pool team I've played with some other cues and thought it was a good time to invest in a new stick :-)
