thinking about getting a trevor white sometime this year just wonderd how to go about getting in touch with him and what is the time scale for a cue being made with him
much appreciated thanks
Age/Location: 23/hull/ UK
Highest Practice/Match Break: P:112/M:96 (Line Up: 122)
Cue: John Parris, champion , 18.7oz 9.5mm tip talisman hard usually
Better chance of winning the lottery than getting a reply from Trevor.
Nah, from my own experience Trevor has answered all my emails in a timely manner. Sometimes it maybe 4-5 days before I hear anything, but he always responds.

Patience wins the race.
I emailed him asking if he would prefer contact via email or a phone call to confirm my order and pay the deposit, He gave me his house and mobile number's, So i called, He said he would call back in 10min's. That was over a month ago. I know he is a busy man, But i was realy dissapointed he never contacted me back. Regard's George
i have been waiting for tw cue for almost a year now. The last email i received was back to July. since then i emailed him almost every 2-3 weeks and got no reply.
Really really disapointed.

Have you not tried contacting Trevor since? You don't give up at the first hurdle. Just be patient, but also be determined to get through if you want a TW badly.
AFAIK, he works mainly on his own. It's not that Trevor couldn't be bothered, he's probably so busy he simply forget. I forget to call customers back sometimes in my job, so it happens!
It can take him a wee while to return your calls/emails but he must have forgotten due to being sooooooo very busy to respond to you, patience is the order of the day as he's a very in demand chap!
I can't wait for the process to start with my cue but I know it's going to be a long time before I get to lay hand on it but that's fine as once I've got it I intend to keep it for the rest of my snooker life, so what's the rush?
One day I'll make a century, I've knocked in a 51!

Well said - and exactly the way I feel about it.You can't rush good things, so the wait although painful will be worth it.

I ordered one just before xmas very helpful guy i had no problem with him answering his phone he told me it would be 6 to 8 months for my cue to be ready
so the wait begins :-(
If it wasn't for the fact that Trevor posts on here and could give insider information I'd be tempted to set up some kind of betting sweepstakes on as to who get's their cue first!
