If it was a while back ( like 4+ weeks ), drop him another. Short and sweet. He'll get back to ya.Last edited by Inoffthered; 19 January 2011, 07:07 PM.

I know from the experience with Trevor it can be very frustrating if You don't get the information You're after. It is very subjective situation... it is my cue and it is the most important thing to me - just natural way of thinking...
BUT... turn things upside down. Think You have e.g. 30 emails waiting in Your inbox every morning. It takes 5 mins to read end reply every one. Every third of them causes another (immediate) reply from customer. Only this will take more than three hours to complete (if You get all done, or tomorrow there are many more).
Instead of the mails You should be working on things (cues) that are the main point of everything. You of course get phone calls, SMS:s etc. that take You away of the main point... Sometimes You must spend days getting materials, timber, brass work etc. You of course remember every thing You should do today.
Pretty hard to handle, isn't it? How about holidays and leisure?
If You're doing all this by Yourself there must be a real hazzle to keep the schedule.
The point why Trevor might be very difficult to reach some times IS NOT he is not interested to serve You, he just need to prioritise the things. I'm sure he has no problem with this. I've never had any problems in any things we have agreed with Trevor.
After all which one is more important to You, the email or the cue from Trevor?
And finally... if You don't get answer in reasonable time, just send another. What if he has lost his phone, or there is broken hard drive on his pc or anything he can't get to the information he needs.
I hope readers got my point... there are still 24 hours in a day

TW Cue
This is exactly why I treasure my TW cue! Trevor done me a great service over the last few months. I sent him an email (begging him to reply and make me a cue, as I have been trying to get payment details out of him for many many many months with no success. When he replied to my email, he was most apologetic and took my order there and then (October) and said he would do his best to get it out before Christmas. I did my best to forget about it, thinking I would be waiting six months. Lone behold, mid December got an email with photos attached of the cue, in its full glory! If I could fit it in a safe, I would!!!Attached Files

I've got the design sorted just about and the payment details too just not the bloody cash! Fortunately though I've had 3 decent contracts confirmed today so shouldn't be too long before the ball is rolling.
Happy Days!One day I'll make a century, I've knocked in a 51!
